SM Sutherland ("the App", available at sm.sutherland.ro) is a private social-media scheduling and publishing tool operated by Viorel Simac (Holistic Regeneration). It is used by its operator to compose, schedule and publish their own content to social-media accounts they own and have connected, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Pinterest and TikTok.

1. Use of the service

The App is a private tool. Access requires authentication. You may connect only social-media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for the content you publish through the App.

2. Platform compliance

When publishing to a third-party platform, you agree to comply with that platform's own terms and community guidelines (including those of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn). The App accesses these platforms only through their official APIs and only with the permissions you grant during authorization. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in the App or in the platform's settings.

3. Acceptable content

You must not use the App to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, or to spam. Health-related content published through the App is educational and is not medical advice.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, failed publications, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
